I finished Fleur’s course with Fibre Arts Take Two. It was a good course, and aptly titled Joyous… for it was Joyous to stitch, and to watch all the wonderful videos that took me back to New Zealand country. Oh my it is a beautiful place. As it turned out I stitched her “moss” kit as my project during the course. It rapidly became my forest floor… as you have seen some of my experiments . It is now finished, was finished around the end of November but since it was my submission into her catalogue I thought I would wait to post it here until that catalogue was issued. I took a few photos… that they wanted… on white backgrounds and from over head but I also took some moody staged ones that had shadows on the wall… that I though placed it in a convincing setting. You decide which you like better.I’d love to hear which ones you like if you’re inclined to let me know. Cheers… and I’m still stitching and growing my repertoire of work.
